“ Curran's Irish Inn in Foxchase is a great stop! The daytime crowd, kitchen staff, and bartenders are friendly and always helpful. The beers are cold and the Wings are the best! ”
“ I come here almost exclusively for wings on wing night (Thursdays) and never leave hungry or disappointed. One thing that has withstood the test of time in Northeast Philadelphia is Curran's. Yeah, sure, the inside could use some sprucing up, but you don't go there to look at pretty paint trims or woodwork - you go to eat flavorful, crispy, chicken wings by the bowlful with a group of buddies. Only thing that has sucked is going in and seeing a random/new waitress who sometimes seems to have a bit of an attitude when asking for things. Prime example, if you have a group of guys who have been coming in for 10+ years, if they ask for the "everything wing sauce" just give them the dang sauce on their wings. That reminds me, if you like to try new sauces, the "everything" wing sauce will not disappoint, as well as the hot cajun. You can thank me later ; ) ”
“ Wings Beers Cheers can't go wrong with this Irish Pub in Philly We've enjoyed this place for a long time, stop in enjoy! ”
“ The wings are great on occasion. The service could be better but they have their days ”
“ BEST WINGS EVER!!! Cajun , Hot, mild, they are great. Every time the same GREAT order a day ahead for super bowl!!!! ”
“ Came again for ayce crabs because our normal place won't have them again until summer. The crabs were better this toke than last, wondering they changed cooks because they were cooked perfectly meat slid right out but not over cooked. The butter seemed better this time too. I wish I could say the same about the service. There was one girl with like 4 tables possibly 5 all close together all having crabs so not a whole lot to do. Beer and crabs. She is just very slow. After we ordered drinks she came back 5 minutes later to say she didn't have something which is fine but why so long. Crabs came out steaming which I love with a side of fries. We also got wings because my boyfriend loves the honey bbq. Anyway everything good this time besides slow service this girl just moves so slow if you watch her. She's a nice girl doesn't seem like much personality in there but still. ”
“ This is our go to spot for lunch time wings! The wings here are fantastic; the buffalo, cajun and garlic parm are all fantastic. This place is just a no nonsense, blue collar kind of spot. The clientele are young to middle aged roofers, sitting at the bar, oogling the insanely enhanced girl behind the bar. When we go in, we go to the other side of the inn and sit down for, what I believe are the best wings in Philadelphia. Beside being delicious, the wings are a decent size, so you won't feel TOO bad about shelling out the dough to eat here. 15 wings and a beer (including tip) ran me $25 the last time I was there. That ain't exactly a bargain, but its not highway robbery, because of the quality of the wings. The dining area is no nonsense; wooden tables and uncomfortable chairs. The waitress will take your order, bring your food and get out of your hair. There are tvs everywhere, so its probably a pretty sweet place to watch a game or ufc fight. Currans is firmly entrenched as one of my go-to spots, and is hands down my #1 for wings. ”
